Senator John Yancey McGill has brought in over $1,000,000,000 (One Billion Dollars) for projects and initiatives throughout District 32. This money has funded our new senior centers, museums and libraries, airports, improvements for our technical colleges, capital improvement funds for education, new highway construction (including the expansion of Highway 52 from Kingstree to Bonneau; 521 - Greelyville to Manning in Williamsburg County; 521 - 9 Mile Curb to Andrews and Phase 1 of Andrews Bypass in Georgetown County; the four-laning of 378 from Highway 95 to Kingsburg Community in Florence County), resurfacing and constructing streets, curbs, gutters, and sidewalks, rehabilitation of existing residential neighborhoods, new water and sewer lines for residential, commercial, and industrial development, new and improved health complexes &just to name a few.
